Terms & conditions of sale

The terms that apply when you buy from us, written to be read, not skimmed past.

01About us

This website is operated by My Store (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as My Store. Our details are:

Trading name
My Store
Website
mytickets-arena.store

You can contact us at any time by email at [email protected] or through our contact page. If we need to contact you, we will do so by email or at the postal address you gave us when ordering.

02Scope of these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website by a consumer, meaning an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Please read them, together with our Returns & Refunds policy, Delivery information and Privacy Policy, before you order. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.

03Our products

We sell clothing and accessories. We take great care to describe and photograph each piece accurately, including its composition, fit and care instructions. However:

  • colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual garment depending on your device settings;
  • natural fibres such as wool, merino and linen may show small variations in texture and shade, which are a characteristic of the material and not a defect;
  • measurements and sizing guides are indicative and may vary by a small tolerance.

Always follow the care label. Damage caused by washing or caring for a garment against its care instructions is not a fault.

04Placing an order and our contract

The steps to place an order are: choose your items, size and quantity; add them to your bag; enter your details and delivery address; choose a delivery method; review your order and correct any errors; then pay. You can change or remove items at any point before you confirm payment.

After you place your order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance takes place, and the contract between us is formed, when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your goods. The contract is concluded in English. We keep a record of your order, which you can request from us at any time, and it is visible in your account if you have one.

We may refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot authorise your payment, if we identify an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we refuse your order after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full without delay.

05Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you confirm your order.

If we discover an obvious error in the price of an item (for example a price far below its real value), we will contact you before accepting your order and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers (such as Stripe). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; where these are not included at checkout they are payable by you.

06Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery areas, costs and estimated times are set out on our Delivery page and at checkout. Unless we agree another date with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day after the contract is formed. If we do not, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

Responsibility for the goods (risk) passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

07Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email at [email protected], for example by using the model cancellation form on our Returns & Refunds page (using the form is optional). Full details of how to return the goods, who pays for the return and how we refund you are set out in that policy.

08Faulty or incorrect items

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • within 30 days of delivery: reject it and obtain a full refund;
  • within 6 months: a repair or replacement, or if that is not possible or fails, a price reduction or a refund;
  • up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland): you may still be entitled to a remedy, though you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.

Customers in the European Union also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery under the law of their country of residence. We pay the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us first so we can arrange this.

09Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption). If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may cancel your order and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

11Intellectual property and use of the site

All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, logos and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print it for personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce or exploit it commercially without our written permission. You must not misuse the website, for example by introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

12Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact Citizens Advice (UK) for guidance, or the consumer authority or consumer mediation service in your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring them in your local courts. If you live in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this website when you placed it. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
