Each product page lists the cut and the fabric it is made from. If you are between sizes or unsure how a piece falls, write to us before ordering and we will talk it through with you.

Follow the care label sewn into each piece. As a rule, merino, cashmere and wool prefer a cool wash or a gentle clean and drying flat; linen softens with every wash and is happiest line dried.

Delivery options and timings are shown at checkout, and the full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Our returns terms are set out on the Refund Policy page. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will sort it out with you.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout, before you confirm your order. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
